Brief project description:
The purpose of the project is to impart Capacity Building Training to the 100 marginalized farmers of 5 villages on Vermi compost manufacturing process. It is also proposed to set-up Vermin compost manufacturing units for their socio, economic, Agriculture development. The vermin-compost improves the fertility of farming lands, the fruitfulness of the crop yields, the quality and quantity of various crop produces for the welfare of the farmers. It is hopeful to improve the socio, economic conditions of the target farmers in sustainable manner. Through this project implementation we intend to contribute 2 of 8 Millennium Development Goals i.e., MDG No.1 “Eradication of Extreme Poverty and Hunger” & MDG No.7 “Ensure Environmental Sustainability”.
